The Swirly Bird stamp set and the Swirly Scribbles Framelits can be used alone or combined to create many images including, flowers. Almost any color combination will work as well as any layout. Cut out all the components and have them ready to go. The possibilities are endless. See if you don’t agree???
Cut a Whisper White card base at 7″ x 10″ and score it at 5″ and 4″ x 6″
Cut a piece of Calypso Coral at 6-1/2″ x 4-1/2″
Cut one solid circle and one of the large swirly circles out of Calypso Coral, Peek-A-Boo Peach and Melon Mambo.
Cut one swirly long piece from Wild Wasabi to use as the vine.
Cut 8-10 flowers from the Melon Mambo.
On the 4″ x 6″ piece of Whisper White stamp the greeting in Wild Wasabi Ink in the lower left hand corner.
Adhere and layer the card as shown, but before you adhere the flowers you need to stamp the leaves randomly in Emerald Envy Ink. Once the leaves are stamped add the flowers.
Adhere the flowers and add a Basic Pearl to each flower center.
It’s that simple to make and put these cards together. I have to tell you when I first saw this stampe set and framelits setI wan’t that thrilled, but the more I looked at it the more possibilities I saw. And, once I ordered it I haven’t stopped using it. Seriously!
