Bashful Blue Box…

DSC_0410

Who doesn’t like a little blue box? While this one isn’t from Tiffany’s, it’s just as nice to fill with a present, gift card or goodies as we did in class. The lattice work pops off the box nicely and what can I say about the gorgeous ribbon except it’s beautiful and makes the perfect bow.

I traced a box template, which can be found on the internet, onto Bashful Blue Card Stock and cut it out.

Using my Big Shot I cut 3 of the Lattice Bigz Die. Two of the lattice dies I cut in half for the sides of the box. I adhered them as shown. The last full lattice was placed on the lid of the box. The lattice hung over the edges so they were trimmed with Paper Snipes.

Before putting the box together I placed a Pretty-in-Pink Brad in the center of each side of the box and one in the center of the lid.

For the lid I made a tag from the Metal Edge Tags and the wonderful and fun Sweet Pea Stitched Felt.

In the inside of the box I added pink Easter grass and candy.

These  boxes can be made in any color and used for so many occasions as favors or really nice wrapping for that special gift.

I hope I have inspired you to try some of your own. Forward me your designs and I’ll post them on my blog. The only stipulation is that you use all Stampin’ Up! products as this is an all Stampin’ Up! blog.

Thanks for visiting!

HUGS & stamps,
