Plane & Simple Masculine Birthday Card…

Hi, Stampers and Paper-Artists!

I don’t know about you, but I always have trouble coming up with masculine cards. I’m happy to say, in Stampin’ Up!’s new Summer Mini Catalog, there are great masculine stamp sets and designer series papers which you can start ordering May 1. Until then, Stampin’ Up! has the Plane & SImple Stamp Set, which is one of my favorites for Father’s Day or Masculine Birthday Cards.  I do love the look of this card, because of the old fashioned images. Ink: Not Quite Navy (plane and “Happy Birthday”)

Crumb Cake (border image)

Chocolate Chip (goggles)

Card-Stock: Not Quite Navy (card base) 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/2″

Very Vanilla 5-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ (first layer), 2-3/4″ x 2″ (plane)

2-1/8″ x 1-3/8″ (goggles)

Crumb Cake 3″ x 2-1/4″ (plane), 2-3/8″ x 1-5/8″ (goggles)
