So, how many of you have a storage issue when it comes to your alcohol markers, such as Stampin’ Up! Blendabilities?? Well, here are a few tips on how to store your Blendabilities easily, efficiently and inexpensively.
First of all, like any dual tipped marker, you’ll want to store your markers on their side.
As for me I started storing my Blendabilities in a clear storage box I had at home. The box measure about 6″ x 12″ and the Blendabilities fit perfectly in the box and held three rows. Originally I thought it would be large enough, but since Stampin’ Up! came out with more Blendabilities colors I found that the nice and roomy clear plastic box wasn’t big enough. So, I needed a new box or a new solution to storing them.
I like my stamping supplies AWAY! I like things as neat and tidy as I can possibly get them. I also like my stamping supplies stored by color whenever possible. All my card stock stored by color, so when I need a blue I can look at all my choices at once. So, it was time to try and come up with a storage solution by color for my Blendabilities. This is when I discovered that Stampin’ Up! has an easy and very affordable solution; their wood mount clear stamp cases. One case fits 16 Blendabilities and are sold in packages of four cases. So, four cases will store a total of 64 Blendabilities. Of course, I need more cases since I’m storing the Blendabilities by color, but four cases will do it for all of the available 54 Blendabilities plus Color Lofter Stampin’ Up! offers. You’ll even have room to spare for 11 more Blendabilities.
